How much does shipping cost?

  • We’re happy to offer free shipping to the UK!
  • For international shipments when you have your shopping cart ready you can see the shipping cost to the international destination you want. International orders may also be subject to import duties and taxes which we cannot cover.

When will my order be shipped?

  • Orders placed during the week will generally be shipped out within one day of being placed. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will generally be shipped out the next business day.

How do I track the status of my order?

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Your tracking number will be available the day after your order is shipped out. You can also contact support@araspender.co.uk to inquire about your package any time after placing your order.

What's the difference between Order Date and Ship Date?

  • Order date is the date upon which your order was entered into the system. Ship date is the date upon which your order was processed and transferred to the delivery service provider.

Who pays for international import duties and taxes?

  • Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt in destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, we has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.

What is the Average shipping time?

  • after order processing, is 5-7 days. Holidays, customs, and seasonal factors can cause delays that result in orders arriving later than 30 days after processing. We cannot be responsible for delays. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs taxes.

Do I need to sign for my order?

  • Some orders may require a signature. These include orders shipped to an apartment or other unit numbered address. If you are unsure of whether your order requires a signature, please contact support@araspender.co.uk
